This is a son of the famous NFCS Crimson Apache that I used to show in the Local Show as a weanling and yearling. I was blessed to be able to get him back as an 11 year old and bred him to a couple of mares. If I had known that his sire was dead, I wouldn't have sold him again. I still have some breedings reserved to him in the future and that is why I keep the bloodline going. This beautiful stallion is also the son of my first mare Burdettes Blaze. He is now owned by SHR Royal Miniatures.
Xenon Light Vant Huttenest 33.5" X Komokos Skippers Lady Slipper 30.25"
This stallion was bought along with his half sister Easter Lady as a dark bay colt from Little America Miniatures. In our wildest dreams we didn't know what was to come. At the age of 18 months, he started his color transformation with a white circle of hair on his black mane at the bridle path. From that, he changed to a dark brown horse with white spots all over his body. THEN the white spots started connecting to change him to a marble bay Appaloosa. He didn't finish his color changing until the age of five, and that is the color you see on the picture to the left. He has sired great, small, correct foals for us and has added a little color to a couple of them. We have two of his daughters in our breeding program, one being a buckskin Appaloosa, 33.25" and the other being a golden buckskin that is 27" tall. This Appaloosa stallion is only 30" tall and he put some very small, refined babies on the ground for us before we sold him.
